HOW TO USE THE UV-WAND
Our UV-Light Wand can be powered by a USB plugin or four AAA Batteries. With slim and foldable design, the UltravioletBeams UV-C Light Wand is easy to carry.

To use, simply open up and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds until light turns on.  You can now use on any surface, specially when washing is not convenient or possible.

The UV-Light Wand has a safety sensor which shuts off the light whenever it is turned facing up to avoid eye injury. (makes a clicking sound)

As with any quartz light tubes or bulbs (most expensive part of device), please do not drop or submit UVC-Wand to severe shock or filament may break.

 Note from Sam:  This is a great little unit that can easily be carried around anywhere.  Fits perfectly in purses and even pockets.  It has to be facing down to turn on.  Many of our customers have been purchasing both this unit and the larger more powerful rechargeable 5W Wand together (shipped separately).  The difference between this one and the larger ones is that, this is not rechargeable, it operates on batteries OR on USB power, it takes a little longer to scan your items with this smaller model than the large one since the tubes are shorter.  As for the large one, it is quicker to use but not as compact, and more suitable for home, office, work, school…  This unit has a tube of the correct wavelength of 253.7nm proven to kill microscopic critters!  Great conversation piece when out in public.
